Well, from my school, we usually call them Mr. But if you are from someplace else, you might have to call them Sir. It depends where you are from.

Dude, and Dudette, no, no, I'm just kidding! Mrs. for a married woman teacher. Miss for an unmarried woman teacher. Mr. for a male teacher.

Well, in south, when asking a question or refering to someone we say Mr. Brown, Mr. Smith, Mr. Jones. But in answering someone we say, "Yes sir." I suppose it depends on where you are from.

Mr. by the last name
and Sir, is always good...
By answering, "Yes, Sir", "No Sir" "
Thank-You Sir".
It's nice to say. "Good Morning Mr....so & so.
It's always polite to address your teacher or anyone you respect by Mr. or Mrs. Keep up the goodness.

If you are in college and they have a Phd, you call them Dr, so what you call them depends on what level etc, and also what culture and what part of the country. In general, I would say Mr would do nicely. Thanks for asking.
