There is no all-encompassing website, especially for lyrics in foriegn languages. The best method I know of is searching for the name of the band, the title of the song, a few lines from the song you want lyrics for, and the word "lyrics" on Google. This usually works.

i just put the partial lyrics on yahoo and itll bring up the song with the lyrics..i have found a lot of lyrics for the songs i want doing that..an example: lyrics/i knew i loved you, press enter and the artist will come up with the lyrics..this song example is Savage Garden..thats how i found out who it was..hope this helped some..if not, then sorry..
