From what I have discovered about him, no. He has the right (well, in the US he would have the right) to say what he wants, and others have the right to say what they want about him. It would be a heated debated, no doubt.
But possibly he's done something illegal that I'm unaware of. Maybe he'll get the death penalty for sedition, eh?
