ive looked all around the web. what is the best way to improvise over this scale.

If I'm not mistaken, Led Zeppelin's "Black Dog" pretty much follows that. Give it a listen and look up the tabs. Other than that, you've got to "picture" a sound and just reach for it. I find it best if played in a blues style.
