ok I have been desribed funny, gothic, dark, myterious, I can be outgoing and fun to be around wiht I get along with most ppl and tryo to make friends and I am a girl does that remind u of any anime girls?

The problem is that gothic, dark, and mysterious rarely combined with funny, outgoing, and fun to be around.
And like it has been said here, if you removed 'goth', you will get more anime characters that are like you.
Meteor-sama from "Cosmic Baton Girl Comet-san" seems to have some of the features you said.
Princess Meteor is...
- A girl, most definetly.
- Funny, yes, her antics tend to cause laughters, she's the comic relief of the story.
- Outgoing, yes, she scream a lot and always try toutpace Comet, she express more emotions than Comet and with more volume. When she's upset, she will definetly make it clear. When she's happy, the people around her felt 'the disturbance in the force'.
- Fun to be around, only when she's in the mood. But sometimes she's fun to be around even when she's not trying to be friendly.
- Get along with most people, kinda, the people in the story are usually kind and friendly, and Meteor aren't always so antagonistic.
- Try to make friends, kinda, while it's not her intention on Earth to make friends, she later on did make friends on Earth.
- Gothic, kinda, but her kingdom definetly have a darker tone than Comet's. Her official princess outfit also has a gothic look.
- Dark, she's a pseudo villain who in the same time also Comet's best Star Child friend on Earth, her actions also sometimes are unadmireable.
- Mysterious... Hmmm... There's not lot of mystery about Meteor, since she's so open. Though trying to see what she hide is going to be hard... really hard.
If you removed the 'gothic' part, Asuka and Misato from Evangelion seems to also seems to fit.

If you were to remove the "Goth" stereotype, you'd be quite a few characters; but the only one I could think of WITH the goth label is Sailor Pluto.
