Yes I did, I was with my older brother and his friends. He darted across a busy road with me to follow. It was in Chicago and I'm orginally from a small town in eatern Canada. When the traffic cop stopped to give me the ticket, my brother ran on leaving me to ask the traffic officer to bring me to my aunts house where we were staying. It was all stupid.

Nope but I cop pulled up when I had stopped at a green light...it was hella early and I was taking a friend to the airport so I had not noticed...I think he thought I was high er sumptin...he let us go...LOL

no but i have seen it happen becuase cops have nothing better to do but sit at the corner and write people tickets when there are murders and drugs out on the street.
