Compatiblity of psu and my case?

I have a dell 8400 and i was wondering if the new psus with the big 120mm fans on top would work. Kindda thought fan would suck nothing and over heat.

NO PSU has 120mm fans on the top. Don't be confused by the fact that they took the picture with the fan facing towards the top, when you situate it in the case, the fan will be on the bottom.
