my mom has been dating this guy for six months and he was really really nice. but then he started touching me and he forced me to have sex with him a couple times. im not supposed to tell anybody. i need to tell someone but i cant. i don't want to break my moms heart because she is totally in love with him. so instead i would rather die.

Go to your friend's house, and call 911. Your mom totally loves you, much more than the guy. Imagine how she'd feel if you died.
Tell your mom about everything, and remember your mom will totally love you more than anything in the world. She'll be heartbroken that her own daughter's been raped, not because of the guy.
She loves you, and please don't let this horrible man get away with this. Do what's right. Go to your friend's house, or tell your teacher or conselour.

Not that I am encouraging you but do you plan on leaving a note explaining to your mom the reason you have taken your life? Think about it. Don't you think it would break her heart even more? Sure her heart will be broken when you tell her what he has done but better it be broken because of him and not you. Tell her before it is too late and then go to the police. And don't let her, him, or anyone else talk you out of or threaten you about going to the police. This man needs to be put where he belongs.... behind bars.

Don't you think it would break your moms heart for you to die? I personally think that it would have been a good idea for you to go to the hospital and tell them you were raped and they will take a rape kit. That means that some one will get the DNA and they can compare it to his and he will be put in jail for rape and I think that you mom would feel better knowing that you are safe from someone like that then to keep putting up with it for her to be happy right now but that does not mean she will be for ever. Tell someone. You have a long life to lead and it should not be ended over something that you can change. Good Luck.

Tell the Police, what he is doing is illegal, and it would break your Mom's heart more if she lost you. You have a bright future, despite what people do to you, no way should you compromise it for a sick old man who feels he needs to rape young girls. You would be doing your mom a favor in turning him in, would your mom let you marry some wack job who raped her, I think not. God loves you, and he helped me through depression and suicidal thoughts, so I know he can help you.

As a person who used to investigate cases like yours i highly recommend you go to the police or a social service agency...he is committing a horrible crime...it will all be better in the long run, no matter how hard it is to go thru. Most mum`s i knew were sickened at the thought that they had failed to protect their baby... and this is how these guys operate...they look for women with kids so the can prey on them.....you are not responsible for this he is.

Sweetie, First of all, you can not let this scum of a man have controll over you and your family. You are not in the wrong here, would you let your mom marry this perv, how much do you love your mom?
if you think your mom would not believe you, then get her evidence! the next time he comes on to you have your cell phone or a camera setup in your room and tape the whole incident and take it to the Police!
When they come to arrest him, she will have to believe you, i gotta believe your mom loves you alot more than him!

Perhaps, I would suggest you should let your mum know. So what if you break the news rather then your mum come to know the news by herself that will hurt her more. With this you r also letting your mum know that he is not the men whom seems to be love your mum truly.

tell your mom. she loves you more than him. If you report it to an official, you might go to foster care. otherwise, move in with a family member without telling anyone why.
