shave it all off. you are going to have to do it sooner or later. just make it a basic ruetine, like putting shampoo in. then you will never have it grow back.

A good friend of mine used to shave her arms... Dunno why.
I shaved my arms once, it seemed to grow back thicker, darker, but that was when I was a teenager, now I'm 30+, the hair on my arms doesn't seem particularly thick or dark....
If you don't want to shave your arms, then don't. No one will look down on you if you don't. It will probably be a little uncomfortable as it grows back, but once it's over 1/4 inch, you won't notice anything different.

Shave it all off - every day - it will be a routine eventually- keep razor in the shower and it will just become habit. Once you start shaving there is no going back- hair always returns thicker and darker...

Thumb-sucking oftentimes subsides of its very own accord. it fairly is a actuality that thumb-sucking can result interior the infant's greater front teeth being pushed forward and the decrease teeth returned. the quantity to which the teeth are displaced relies upon upon how long the infant sucks her thumb and how she positions her thumb. This displacement of teeth isn't everlasting, i.e. it purely impacts the infant's milk teeth. the new child's everlasting teeth are available in around the age of six. so as long as thumb-sucking is curtailed in the previous the age of six, there will be no everlasting harm to the new child's teeth. attempt to distract her with a toy whilst she starts to suck her thumb. yet do it as subtly as conceivable or she would be able to seize on. Corrective measures which includes restraints, elbow mitts, undesirable-tasting components painted on the arms, and so on. often backfire. Pulling the new child's thumb out of his mouth will purely serve to make him insurrection by contrast restraint and inspire him to proceed the habit. motivate the new child to provide up the habit in a delightful, non-judgemental way.
