I wonder how full of hate a person has to be to come to the gay questions area solely to bash?
This is a place where frightened, young people can (or at least should) be able to come for support, yet so many see nothing more that an opportunity to spew their paranoid hatred with no regard of the damage they do.
How pitiful must their small lives be?

They are sad little people with no lives..who hate themselves most of all because they see some homosexual behaviour in themselves...otherwise why come to this site.?..I know nothing about sewing.. therefore I never go to that site........

I'm not homophobic- clinically, a phobia is an irrational fear. I'm not afraid... just annoyed with pushy people.
With that in mind, I have a gay brother. He's kind of a jerk- he's pushy, egocentric, rude, judgmental, intolerant, etc..... (which reminds me, I need to tell him the "new rules for communicating with me"-- Forbidden topics- politics, religion, sex, politics, and religion... did I mention that talking politics or religion with him is just asking for a fight?)
On the other hand, I have a number of homosexual friends and not a one has ever said that I was even unkind. By some unspoken agreement, we avoid religion and politics.
So who has the problem in my case....?

You are so right. This could never happen but wouldn't it be nice if the GLBT community got to choose who came here & who didn't. That would make life so much easier especially for the young people who are afraid to come out & the people on here could really help them

Straights do not belong in this section if they are hostile or otherwise faith-based fascists.
I cannot believe the one who has the gall to sign his trash with "peace". This person has no concept of the word.

while there are mostly supportive straight people who come here with legitimate questions and showings of support, there are still too many people who claim to be "Christian" when their only purpose is to pass judgment and preach hatred and intolerance. more than likely they are afraid of people who are "different," but instead of getting to know us or learn the truth, they just disregard us as "freaks" and think they are somehow helping us by trashing us or quoting Bible verse out of context. unfortunately, by hating in the name of God, they make themselves bigger sinners than they accuse us of being...and they unfortunately condemn their own selves to Hell. God created and loves us all!
