I can't, for the life of me, remember the title of this movie. It's about a Latino boy who lives in NYC, and I believe his name is Carlos. I've never seen the movie, so I can not give any type of snyopsis or premise, but I believe it came out around 2002-2003. I also believe it is an independent film. I think the movie poster was a picture of both the main character & a girl togetherw/ a dark blue background. If anyone knows or has any ideas, please, please, PLEASE help me out!! THANK YOU!!!

It is NOT CARLITO'S WAY and it is NOT A BRONX TALE! lol I know these movies...it is none of any famous films made in the 70's, etc. It was made in the 2000's.
