Honestly? Make yourself as good looking, ripped, and rich as possible.
Girls may rank my answer down for saying it, but deep down even they know it's true.

Honestly? Find a girl that has the best chances of liking you.
But if you don't want to do that, then I suggest mere talking. Or do nice things that set you apart from other guys/girls (I don't know which one you are). Open doors, if she falls, pick up her books, say hello and ask how she is (and actually seem interested). Little stuff like that can set you apart from other guys/girls more than you know.
But be sure you don't intimidate her or scare her. Respect her space and respect her. But don't be afraid to make her laugh or joke around with her or tease her.

Well, if you have someone in mind, then just be nice and sweet to her for a few weeks, and she will probably consider you. When you think it's the right time, then ask her out. (You will probably have to make the first move) and if you get rejected, then don't put yourself down, there is other fish in the sea, and probably better than her. Don't rush it. Hope this helps. :)

the best way to make a girl like you is to be yourself because you cant make a person like you. dont make alot of thing that would make the gir to impress you. that might cause to the girl to dislike you. just let the true you reveal. that would be the best thing that you can do to make the girl like you.

You need to flirt a little. Show her you aren't afraid to talk to her around guys. Then on Valentine go to a nice restaurant and get her something then at the end ask her out. Good luck!

Change your Yahoo Name. Death really attracks alot of chicks man. Second, make yourself unique compared to the other guys u hang with. Make sure its not playing the most instruments in band at the same time though

you can't "make" someone like you. open doors, sometimes wait for her after class if your classes are near. just be friends with her for a couple months and if shes appreciating it she'll come closer to you. once this happens do things with each other after school or out of school. LET HER COME TO YOU! you don't want to force yourself into her life. then you decide when to do the next move.
