Personally I don't care people are called names from time indefinite be a man and get over it and stop whining like a little wimp!

I sort of think if TR would have called Isiah the "n" word, that Isiah would have handled his business right there on the spot and moved on. I have to agree TR is a grown man, stop hiding behin the skirt tails of Heigl and Ellen. Isiah will just know not to say anything around certain people if that is how he feels. I am sure by him being a black man he has dealt with much worst than name calling!

Well maybe all the cast can greet Isiah when he comes to work by saying Hey N****** every day for the next week and he can be a man and accept it after all they are both mature adults aren't they.Not that I think calling names is the right way to go an apology would work though.

I think T.R Knight is grown up. He is not whining but like someone said in the other response. If T.R call Washington the N word, he would have been crying around too. Saying he was racial and all that crap. Does he not think that his comment was racial toward Lesbians and Gays.
Common on!!!!!!!!!!! You want respect, you got to give it!
I am straight but would never call someone that.

he is disgraceful in his ignorance. he of all people should know about unwarranted prejudice. behind the scenes on the show was bad enough, but to bring it up again at a joyous moment at the awards? he should be let go & contractally paid if that is what they must do. i hope one of his kids ends up gay. he is a buffoon.
