My boyfriend and I were making out the other night, and things were getting pretty intense. He was really breathing very heavily and softly moaning. He was on top of me (we were both wearing our clothes), and he was touching my butt and breasts. He didn't touch me anywhere else, and I didn't touch him down there.

It is quite possible that he had an orgasm. You say you didn't touch him, but he may have been pressing his body against yours as if to masturbate against you. Or maybe against the bed and not you. And even if that is not the case, it is possible that he could reach orgasm without any direct stimulation if he is very excited by you and also unaware of how to control his orgasms. I am almost certain he did not fake it.
I'd bet that he felt embarrassed because his underwear was all wet. I commend you for not going all the way into sex, as it is best to save that for marriage. But this degree of intimacy and exploration sounds reasonable enough to me. Just don't let things get out of hand. Sure, and it is a lot more common than you'd think. Though I don't see how you could not notice his erection poking against you, even with clothes on. Guys can come easy, especially that age, and don't have a lot of self control to stop it. If he really did have a orgasm he should have tensed up at least, but maybe held back on the automatic thrusting so that he came, but not full throttle, so to speak. He also should have been really wet, and needed to go clean up the mess in his pants or shorts.

As far as i know, men do not fake orgasms.. when you say that he came just by rubbing and pressing against you, it means that he has already reached the sexual peak.. you may know that there is something called frotterurism, whereby men get sexual gratification by rubbing against women in crowded areas, buses, trains etc. it is a form of sexual perversion and they get their high from this experience. i dont mean to say that your bf has this, but any man who is not able to have real sex but is almost close to it will surely get aroused and ultimately lead to orgasm. I think since he has also not had any real sexual intercourse before it is natural that he should come just by rubbing against you....

He apologized because he was embarrassed. At least he was truthful. The moaning you heard and the tiredness are the obvious signs. Also, his face and maybe all of his skin will get flushed.
He blew his load--really pretty normal--especially at a young age. Don't be so concerned/

wow he didnt last that long, yes he did blow his load but he shouldnt have stopped, if he's smart he'll never admit to it so nothing that he would do would tell you but you dont need to worry if he blew. and anyone who comes that quick didnt fake it and he's really inexperienced too.
