the best way to face your fear is head on.
just like the best way to get from point "A" to point "B" is headon, in a straight line.
we are soo smart as a race, yet still soo foolish. this i find to be eternally true. the only way to get past something is to go through it. these psychiatrists have all this education that is wasted because they still dont seem to grasp this..

I frequently bypass into marvel yet only for a short time. Then my concepts looks to bypass into overdrive - like a survival mechanism. i wager it relies upon on the potential of the phobia though - if i became confronted with something hideous like a monster i imagine i'd run - in the different case I frequently face it and take care of it. I realized to be courageous at the same time as declaring 2 little ones on my own.

heights i go on roller coasters (luv the thrill)
the dark try to stay in the dark by myself and convince myself theres nothing there

I fear those HUGE FLYING COCKROACHES! oh gosh I am SCARED of those things! when you hit them they don't die!
I keep a can of hairspray beside of my bed in case one gets in my house! ( they come in my patio door sometimes!)
