I am not sure about the others, but clay type cat litter will contain dust which can cause breathing and lung problems for your rabbit. This dust can contain asbestos or heavy metals. Cats don't live on top of it, nor do they have to clean off their fur of the dust, which can get these toxins into their organs and cause possible kidney and liver problems (two major filters of the body). I've read too some time ago that cedar shavings, the aromatic oils can cause respiratory problems in small animals also, so I guess you are stuck with pine shavings, straw or newspaper.

not the clay litter theyll eat it and get sick. Feline Pine is ok though..its better to use in a litter box that is not inside the cage.
if youre that worried then use rabbit bedding or maybe use newspaper.
but Feline Pine is alot easier to clean with definitely.

It depends on the type of litter. Gravel or silicone litter is not good. I line my inside-living rabbit's litter tray like this: at the bottom a sheet of newspaper, with about an inch of cat litter on top that is made from recycled paper and non-toxic to animals, and a layer of hay on top of that because it smells sweet and is good for him to chew. You can also use shredded newspaper, plain hay, paper-based cat litter, or any combination of them.

No. It has clay which can irritate the rabbits respiratory system. Use a paper based litter like Yesterdays News , or pharet litter.

its OK but it is not the best thing to use, rabbits like softer less rugged things to walk on like shavings, made out of real wood, dont get scented ones, because they have a bunch of chemicals in them and they are just no good. go to your local pet store, i am sure they can help you....but if you need something just to hold you over a day or two, you can shred up old newspapers, not the best, it is better then cat litter. plus always make sure that your rabbit has acces to hay, not that other stuff, real timothy hay is good. also make sure your rabbit gets enough veggies in one day, if it is an adult rabbit, the it should have atleast 2 cups of veggies. spinach is not good to feed your rabbit either, if you give it to much of that it can toxicate them.

I don't think so, you're supposed to use a type of hay or newspaper they may try to eat the litter and get sick.

Yes it is.
In fact, if you put a cat box in there, the rabbit will use it even if you let your rabbit out of it's cage.
