I have a problem, My manager told me the general manager wanted to lay me off before Christmas, however, he was able to talk him out of it. He is a real jerk ( the General Mngr,) and will probally lay me off or demote my position. Heres the problem.... I want him to lay me off because I hate working for him. How do I get him to do this?

If you go to my profile the top listed site has an informative article on workplace harassment and dealing with it. I would submit some form of grievance against this person so it can be mediated to stop any further harassment.

Work real hard and show him how valuable you are to the company.
You don't really want to be laid off ... more than likely they will fire you and you don't want that either.
Buckle down and work hard .... a good hard day's work never hurt anyone.

How long have you worked there? Make him fire you. You can file for unemployment, plus he must give you your paycheck then and there.
