Democracy, per the Declaration of Independence, means that "All men are created equal.."
In such a case where we have governmental funding of health care it is NOT POLITICALLY CORRECT to obtain "free" insurance, etc" if you have other options, as it will be paid for by your neighbors.
America, throughout the nineteenth and twentieth centuries was about development - development of the individual in order to contribute to the greater good.
Please look into ways to work for yourself for "he who loves his work will not work a day in his life" is true. You will simply cost your neighbors and your great country resources that could be expended in other ways that will aid the greater good. If you are not a positive, you, by choice, will be a negative.

You needn't quit work; to qualify for Medicaid all you need is a low income job and a dependent child. To be politically correct, all you need is a little politeness training. Try not to offend others with racial epithets and frequent stereotyping, and you'll do fine in the p.c. department.

What does PC (not pointing and laughing at cripples) have to do with going on welfare?

If you're making an ironic point about going on welfare so you could get medical care, then you need to get active and work with Democrats to bring about single payer.

Why? The govt. will make you work for the welfare...some crappy job that you will not like. Your welfare will run out after a short period of time like most recipients. Are capable of anything other than smears and fabrications about entitlements? Know about the topic you are arguing about.

Probably would do you some good to have to walk in another man's shoes. Might teach you something worth while, like compassion.

I think you should do exactly that. It would make it clearer to you how the system works and shut you up, a little education never hurt anyone.
