If not how do they buy houses, cars, credit cards, etc. If they do, is it better or worse than America's credit report systems?

It varies from country to country. If they don't have credit companies that issue credit cards, then people go get a loan in a bank if they want to buy something using borrowed money.

They have credit systems, and they're in debt to the same international banking thieves that we're indebted to.

no its different

you can use the AMerican credit cards, they get stolen, they buy some things, then you report them stolen.

if they are nice they leave you at least one card, hopefully it has some credit left on it so you can get home
