I currently say" Thank you for calling M.A.M.N. no one is available to take your call so please leave a detailed message". Shouldn't I mention office hours, location, etc? HELP!!!!
By the way its a nanny, CNA, LPN, referral service

Your current greeting sounds fine, however, I would recommend that you leave out 'detailed message' and encourage callers to leave a brief message, particularly their name and number. This way you can call them back to get any clarification, if you need it, and additional details and it's a gentle way to suggest that callers not go on and on and on when leaving a message. I think it would also be beneficial to mention office hours so people can call back when someone will be there with any questions, such as your location.
