I live a few miles south of Laguna Beach, CA. I usually dont ADMIT this , because the LAME shows like OC and Laguna Beach are a total embarrasement to us here- if I meet anyone out of town, I tell them I live in North San Diego, and hope they dont ask what city- if they do, I say Oceanside [north end of S.D.] a.k.a. Im ashamed of what these shows portray and dont want to be associated with even BEING from here- it has ruined our town in some ways...My two younger cousins are at Laguna Beach High School and lots of kids HATE it and think it is invading our lives...
Leave the stupid shows up in Hollywood, not down here.
They suck.... Doea anyone agree? OR does everyone out there love the OC show? Im shocked to see so much "sadness" over it, I had no idea it was so popular, I just shiver thinking of it, ahahhg!
I hope to God Laguna Beach is cancelled soon too!

O.C.
As in "Overacting Cast"? or "Obviously Cancellable"?
I think I've only ever watched 5 minutes of a show before the intro came on and I realized what it was and screamed "OMG, CHANGE THE CHANNEL!! I DON'T WANNA WATCH THIS!!"

I watch the OC and i really liked it at first. I don't see and judge people who live in the area to be like the characters on the show. I've tried watching Laguna Beach and that's b/s it really is crap. The OC isn't a bad show, you just have different taste. You shouldn't be ashamed of where you live, unless it was in a box, after all not everyone cares that because you live near there, that your a snotty teenage girl with too many problems and a twisted life nonono! Just remember it's a show and people should remember that too.

I used to love the O.C. because I just liked the drama and stuff, but the last two seasons have SUCKED. I never liked Laguna Beach because its fake anyways. I live in Pasadena so I don't know much about how Laguna Beach and the O.C. really are, but I know they aren't always like they are in the shows.
