Go to the start menu, click on search.
Search for All files with the extensions .JPG , .JPEG , .MOV , or .MPG , .AVI .
Search for them one at a time, then double click on all the files it comes up with to check them individually.

"Adult" material is usually in a movie format. You would have to do a search using Start, Search to look for each movie format and unless you know what the movie is, you will have to open it and look at it.
Here are the most common movie formats: .asf, .avi, .divx, .mpeg, .mpg, .mov, .ram, .rm, .wmv.
There are also just pictures, and these are the common picture formats: .bmp, .jpeg, .jpg., .png.
So you go to Search, type *.xxx where xxx is the particular file type, and look at the results for each file format. Search should find any files that are in your Temporary Internet Files as well.

There isn't really porn scanner software. You can go through your internet browser history to look for sites previously visited, or you can look through your temporary internet files to try and find stuff.
History (In Internet Explorer or Firefox): Ctrl + H
