Extreme heat. I live in Florida, & I HATE the cold. No matter how many layers of clothes & jackets I wear in the cold, I still freeze. But in the heat, all I can say is POOL PARTY! Get in bikini and jump in, and the heat's not a problem. People also look a lot sexier during the warm weather, less clothes ;)

I hate extremes of either! However, if I HAD to pick one to live in...it would be extreme heat. If I HAD to chose one to DIE in, it would be extreme cold. WHY, you ask? Because you would just go to sleep in extreme cold. Dying in extreme heat would be much more painful and slow, I would think.
So it depends on the situation you are presenting me with...living, or dying.
But wait! I am not through yet! If you are talking about food, extremely cold would feel better than extremely hot food.
Now, extreme cold is more fun if you have a warm body to snuggle up next to in bed...under those cool sheets...YUMMM...ok, gotta go!

Extreme heat. I can't /stand/ the cold. I've been to Puerto Rico, Punta Cana, and Mexico though. Less than a day and I was already used to the 100 degree temp. And that's a huge change from the 60 it usually gets up to where I'm at!

Neither.
A few years ago I would've said heat, but lately I'm leaning more towards cold.
I absolutely detest being cold though.
So all in all..I'd say cold.
