Well, the question is kind of vague. You can try starting your computer in Safe Mode, usually by holding the Del key or one of the F keys on startup. Then maybe you can get to your files and back them up to CD or a USB flash drive. If that doesn't work, then you can remove the hard drive and put it in a USB drive enclosure. Then connect it to another computer and copy files off. If you don't know how to do that, then I would recommend going to a computer repair place.

insert a live CD linux knoppix and upload your important files to any server or email..figure out a safe way to upload on server without loosing your files to retrieve it later.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

when a computer crashes you can usually restart it and get back in to windows. Is that not the case? If not, what happens when you restart?
