12x^2 + 25x + 12

(3x + 4) * (4x + 3)

x= (-4/3)
x= (-3/4)

There ya go.

The answer is
(4x+3)(3x+4)

you get the answer via FOIL

to check
4x*3x=12x^2
4x*4=16x
3x*3=9x
and 16x+9x=25x
4*3=12
