My 27 yr old bf lives w/me at my parents house for free. and he lives paycheck to paycheck i wannt him to start saving his money so we can start our own lives together. and i dont know how he cannot have any money he has no bills other then cell phone and satelite radio. How do i tell him to save it?

Ask him to cut back on the satelite radio, unless it is absolutely necessary. Confront him about saving, and make it very clear you don't want to be the sole provider in the relationship.

Why are your parents allowing him to live there free and sponge off of them? He is 27 years old he needs to be paying them rent as well as a portion of the household bills. There is no way in hell I'd allow anyone (including my adult CHILD) to live with me for nothing. He is clearly taking advantave of not only YOU but your family as well and you want to start a life with this freeloader?

Tell him that you are ready for a committed relationship with him in a home of your own, and he needs to start contributing towards saving for that. If he is unwilling to do that, you should look for someone who shares your dream.

maybe he doesn't get any money so how can he save it if he doesn't get any
maybe he doesn't like money anymore and has seen that it really doesn't usually make life any better and often makes it worse.
maybe if he wanted to get some money he could so he doesn't worry about until or unless he does need it

Cut him off........tell him for every week he saves no money, he goes two weeks without sex! That should get most guys attention.
