what youll need is a power inverter, they sell em at pretty much any electonics store. Make sure you get one good for more than the wattage value of the microwave. Should run you around 50-100 bucks for one of that wattage.
i would check to make sure they can sustain that wattage though...

get a power inverter, make sure that you get a rough idea on the wattage of the average microwave ovens, and then buy a power inverter that is a little larger, it has 2 wires that you have to hook up, a red wire that goes to the positive terminal of your battery, and a black wire that needs to go to a bolt either a seatbelt bolt or some other bolt that bolts to metal, you will need to use 8Gg wire, and a inline fuse close to the battery of about 60 amps, the inverter is a box that varries in size, usually the size of a notebook about 3 inches thick with 2 to 4 110 receptacles in them, you can run your microwave, refridgerator tv, fans good luck, you can get them at truck stops, or radio shack, circuit city

check the wattage on the microwave and get a power inverter that will cover the load of the microwave in wattage to a power inverter converts 12 volts to 110 volts so you have to be care full when hooking it up to your semi as most semis run on 24 volt or 36 volt so you will have to check and see what type of battery's you have most likely you will have a bunch of 12 volt battery's hooked up in line to make the 24 or 36 volts and you just hook up to one of the battery's make sure you only hook up to one battery and you make you connections to the positive and negative side of the single battery also make sure you use a heavy enough wire to the power inverter to run it so you don't burn out the wire use a 10 Gage or 8 Gage wire
me personally I would use the 8 Gage because I like over kill
good luck hope this helps
