Yea, she said that she was pg with the prick md's baby 8 months ago and chose to abort it. He apparently doesnt' know it.

On tonight's episode, Addison confessed to having abort Mark's child eight months ago. She didn't want a child with him. She was trying to get Derek back.

Eight months ago back in New York when Derek was gone and she was living with Mark. It was Mark's baby. She had an abortion.

Yeah she also said that he would have been a horrible father (that hurts). One of the days during the episode was the due date of the baby she aborted, so she was acting depressed.
