If you are indeed telling the truth then you have a lot to be proud of. You obviously chose the right career path for yourself and have a talent for something.
It's really ok to be proud of that, but people don't normally like a person that talks about their wealth. Most people live pay check to pay check and you make them feel inferior when they compare their own income.
