My boyfriend and I are both thinking of naming our son that...what do you think of it's full name...Valient Thorr Briggs?
well lets put it this way his mom's an emo/punk dresser and his dad's a skater...mhm.

It sounds more like a dragon and castle name. maybe you should try some thing more...skater like Thorr Valient..

personally i would get something a bit more main streem. Some times flashy different names can be rough with kids. I work with a Aragon (lord of the rings) he is constantly get's the same jokes and drives him crazy. This comeing from a guy who's last name is Lipiew, although i like how people remember my name by associateing it with a cartoon it was murder when i was a kid.
Remember the name is for the child not for you or your image.

If I had to walk around with that name I'd HATE my parents-sorry. Despite what people say, just becasue you're his parent doesn't give you the right to name him any stupid thing you think of. This person will grow up to be an adult man-saddled with that hideous name. It is proven fact that children with odd names get treated worse in schools and by perspective employers than people with regular names. This is a human being you're talking about-not a dog. Cut the kid a break.
