If he left that show ,rating would drop. He and Sandra are really the only note worthy actors on there. Everyone else is just screwing around ,when anyone else is on there it like "scrubs" How is that show lasting so long ,that another story.
Look ,if he and that guy got into and the guy and it was said ,that what people do when they get into ,they call each other out on what can hurt the most ,the actor he called out ,showed his true colors ,running to Ellen. Look, like some of you have stated in some of the answer, What if they called him an "N",they may have. He not on TV crying and running to "Ellen" about it .

I think ,this is about nothing , Do your show and entertain us . This is all we care ,if your gay ,then you are and if you get into it with someone ,you may be called a name . I think both should SHUT UP AND MAKE THAT MONEY !

Since when is being homophobic and hateful speaking the truth? He used a slur. That's his disgusting opinion, not gospel truth. He's hardly being persecuted either. He is on a highly rated show at the moment, he should know to keep his yap shut. If someone had used a racial slur to refer to him, you'd bet there'd be hell to pay. I don't feel sorry for his hateful a**. He's only apolgozing because ABC will fire him if he doesn't.

the issues isn't whether he was speaking the truth, the issue is his big mouth in saying something that the other person hadn't made public himself...he is obviously a bit on the homophobic side and his one co-worker said it right when she said he should not speak in public
