After she's finished feeding, use an electric breast pump. The more your breasts are stimulated, the more milk they will produce. Try to relax when you feed and make sure you are eating and drinking sufficiently well.

When I started nursing my baby was eating about every 3 to 4 hours and each baby is different. Sometimes your baby will go through growth spurts where you will be nursing constantly. Mine is 19 weeks old and last week she was waking up every 2 hours at night to be fed. You know you can also try changing what you eat. A more fatty food may hold her over longer. If she's satisfied at the time then she is getting enough milk. You would know if she wasn't because she would get very fustrated. You can increase your milk by pumping more... Pumping after every feeding. That will tell your body that it needs to produce more...

Lots of babies go through what is called a growth spurt. They tend to nurse more often at specific times usually around 3 weeks, 2 months, 12 weeks , etc, The increased nursing will help increase milk production.
To know if baby is getting enough they should have a minimum of 6 to 8 wet diapers a day.

Make sure that she is getting a full feeding, not just snacking. Snacking is bad because the calorie rich milk is the hindmilk, not the foremilk. One way to test milk supply is to nurse her and then offer her a supplemental bottle, if she takes it she is still hungry. Another way is to skip nursing a feeding (give a bottle) and pump to see how much milk you are making. Make sure you are measuring feeding times correctly, a three hour feeding schedule means 3 hours from the START of one feeding to the START of the next feeding, NOT the amount of time from the END of one feeding to the START of the next.

I guess the first question would be how old is your baby? It could be a growth spurt. If she is nursing more, she is getting hungry more often and normally your body will produce as much as she needs. There is a tea called Mother's Milk (herbal) that claims to assist in increasing production. I worried the same thing with my 4th baby and I was comforted by my doctor that as long as he is gaining, I am producing enough.

if shes around 3 weeks old shes gonna eat more then usual because she getting ready for a growth spurt and is gonna prep ur boobs so she can get the right amount ( growth spurts happen at 3 and 6 weeks of age)
she could also be cluster feeding right before bed which is eating every hour and the sleep for 4-6 hours at night

It could also be that the milk is no longer satisfying her enough. Get some formula and don't feel guilty about it. Alternate between formula and breast feeding. It will give Dad some quality time with the little girl.

each youngster is diffrent, at beginning my son began eating each 3 hours and he became only nice. i'd say putting your alarm to 2 and a million/2 hours and word in case your infant sleeps that lengthy, if so you need to be nice. maximum babies will wake even as they are hungry so I say enable them sleep, only make positive that in the journey that they do no longer wake on there own by 4 hours that you wake them to feed, you could also ask this question on your pediatrician. the perfect ingredient you may do as a first time mom is to have your babies physician decision on speedial and dont be afraid to apply it. Congratulations

My son did the same. After she eats from one breast... burp her. Then feed her from the other breast. When she is full she will stop eating. Make sure he is not gassy so she will eat her full. My doc said that as long as the baby is still eating there is no real health threat... just try to keep her gas level down so she will be comfortable.

I wouldn't worry about it too much...newborns eating and sleeping patterns are often erratic for the first few weeks...if you worried about her not getting enough...best thing to do is pump some milk out into a 4oz bottle then give it to her...that way you can see how much she's taking in.
