I can't keep my thousand different logins for thousands of different sites and hundreds of different passwords with different requirements straight anymore. I refuse to just keep a pad and paper near my laptop, how do I keep them safe?

Get a little program called "Password Keeper". Costs about $20 but it even has a space for URLs and will create random passwords of any length. It encrypts the passwords in a file on your computer, but you can also export that to an Excel file when you go on vacation.
