I'm sure that it depends on the location you select. In a less desirable neighborhood maybe 400-500,000 in a better spot then 750,000-2,000,000. But that is just a wild guess based on a very generic description of your 3 bedroom court yard home.

to have it built? In what part of the country/world?
Most of US is going to be $125. to $150. per sq. ft for a pretty basic house. The fancier you get the higher it goes.
You gonna build this dream yourself. About $90-125 per sq ft.
It all depends upon what floorplan, quality of materials, cost of local labor etc.

Depends on what state, & what area of that state in the U.S. anywhere between 85-1500$ a sq ft. outside the states, I don't know.
