A friend told me that he took a pair of Levi jeans back because of the tear around the rear pockets. He said it is a common problem, and Levi's will replace the jeans. He said it doesn't matter how old the jeans are. I looked for a website that recalls jeans for this problem, but I can't find any for their denium jeans.

Seeing that today's styles have rips in them and look destroyed when you pay $70 for them, I doubt Levi would recall their jeans for such a piss poor design.

It's just proof that even our name brand jeans are garbage and put together by 3 10 year old kids in malaysia.

I can't make wise decision so I make small one hopefully, next the other slump will go bad and not drag

when one is in bad state, one continue to expect for better result and can't get better but only worse. The expectation for the better will make you bad, I can't make you understand it to the point of being able to use this theory. You must have a second nature that has nothing related to the first one, that will live separatedly and drive the body sometime or even all the time.

A recall is usually done for safety purposes. I don't think a tear in the seat of the pants constitutes a safety issue....

Levis are made of fabric and that fabric is cotton.... Cotton can and will tear......

noo i cant imagine them doing that. but the ripping around the pockets happened to 2 pairs of my hollister jeans. its really annoying. it is just from wear though, i dont think it is a defect in teh product.

They wouldn't recall jeans. Most jeans rip, so you probably can't get new ones for free.
