What they mean by the "indifference of nature" is that nature is not discriminating. It does not pick and choose who lives or dies, what family is right or wrong, or whether their love (Romeo & Juliet) should persavere and live on against all odds. Nature is indifferent. Example (if you look up indiiference or non-discrimination it might help with this, if you don't already know what it means exactly) : If a huge tidal wave were to rise up and cover an island full of people, it wouldn't spare women and children. It would get evrybody and everything that's in its path. The forces of nature can't be stopped, it does not pick and choose. And when they say nature, they just don't mean earth, water, fire, they mean they nature of the world. The natural timeline of life and death and whatever anyone believes chooses who lives or dies, if it's God or a higher power, then those people believe God or whomever controls who lives or dies, who's hurt and who's not and even some believe they choose who people are fated to love one another. But nobody controls nature. it just is.
Wow, I've just suprosed myself with such a good explanation.
Find the part in R & J that refers to the "nature does not discriminate" line. If it's talking about their deaths or their love, which it is most likely one or the other, then you have your answer how it relates.
Nature doesn't care who you are, how old you are, what you've done with your life, or who you love. It just does what it's going to do.

"the indifference of nature" means: no matter what your status income, where you live, what sex you are or any other thing that makes you different from others. Nature will still win in the end. You will die, get sick, fall in love and live.

Using the above definition you should easily be able to relate it to the play.
