now i cant go to all the websites i want it either doesnt show up or it tells me to wait 30 seconds how do i fix this problem?

Try using the system restore program to restore your PCs settings to the point before you changed the security properties and if that doesn't work just reset your web settings.

Easiest thing to do is go back into Internet options and press restore defaults . that should fix most of your problems . The next thing is don't mess with what you don't understand , read your Windows system book and it will explain all the tweaks and things you should and shouldn't do . if your running xp try this. go to start./all programs/accesories/system tools/system restore. here you will find a diary with some dates highlighted .click on a highlighted one just before you messed up and your system should be restored to that date and settings.hope this works for you.

well depends on the program you where messing around with, since u could uninstall and then reinstall it..
since thats why u dont go messing around with stuff it causes those sorts of problems.
