I have been looking for this phone to buy and iv seen prices on amazon, ebay, yahoo, and many more places. but i cant seem to find a price that i can buy the LG VX9900 for around $70 to $130 without buying or setting up a plan right when you buy the phone. can you please tell me where i can find the best and lowest price on the LG VX9900.

It looks like you can buy it on ebay for your asking price without having to buy the contract.

Try Cellphoneshop.net or wirefly.com, sometimes they sell returned cellphones (just the phones w/out plans) for a discounted rate... Please don't expect to get the phone with or without a plan for less than $300. Its to new for that to be occurring.
