Well, for one, you're going to have to stop stressing so much. Stress will actually cause the body to refuse pregnancy because it's getting a "this body cannot handle another life" signal. So, what you need to do is relax! The moment you stop stressing out so much about getting pregnant, that's the moment you'll find out you are, in fact, pregnant!

I suggest taking a couple of days to yourself... off work, just you relaxing. Give your body a chance to recooperate from all the stress you're giving it. Let it rest. Then, get together with your guy and have one of the most mind-blowing sessions you've ever had WITHOUT thinking, "Oh, I hope I get pregnant by this." Just enjoy the experience of being in the heat of it all, and I assure you, it will happen!

Good luck!

I read that a woman is only fertile 24 hours per mo. What I mean by this is an egg is only released during ovulation which occurs following your period, its up to you to figure out when that is by observing your cervical fluids. When you have CF that looks similar to egg white and is gooey or stretchy, clear, or white streaked, it will only last a couple of days but that is an indication that an egg will most likely be released in the following days. Taking your basal body temperatures along with checking CF will further help with this, every woman is different.

I myself have just started taking FertilAid to see if this will help balance my hormones because I've been bleeding like my regular period when I should be ovulating.

Good Luck Boo

Well...I would do some research on you and your husband sexual routine...It could be that you guys have sex around the same time everyday or week what ever it is...Every women is diffrent...It could be that you guys have sex at times that you are simply not ovulating....Get a test from your local drug store....Find out when it is that your ovulating...If you stress about it to much you could also be putting your body under to much pressure.....

When I was having problems, I was told to count the days for best ovulation time (12-14 days after your last period), use a pillow under my hips to increase tilt, and to lie still for 15-30 minutes after intercourse without moving. I hope something good happens for you soon.

Ask your doctor about clomid, it does work, google it to, to see if it is something you would be willing to take, it helps with ovulation!
