Last I checked nurses dont do diagnosis, but rather doctors do.
Most likely the intervention would be drugs though..pain meds.

The way you phrase your question is kind of confusing, but, I will attempt to give you an answer.

The technical term for gallstones is Cholelithiasis. If someone has their gallbladder removed, it is called a Cholecystectomy. Most often, it is removed through the laparoscope, so that would be a Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. If someone is having pain after having the surgery, it is most often referred to as 'post op' pain.

With a Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, a person would have 4 small incisions on their abdomen. Two would most likely be slightly smaller than an inch and the other two about half that size. If someone has been diagnosed with gallstones, the usual treatment is to remove the gallbladder.
