I've been scanning the goals in NBA Live 2005, and three of them say, "Achieve a double double," "Achieve a triple double," and "Achieve a quadruple double."
Also, on ESPN NBA 2K5, it says to get a double double by anyone on the team.
Now, what are these? And what stats deal with them?

the main offensive catagories are: Points; Assists; Rebounds; Steals; and Blocks.
If you score in double digits (10+) in any of these, that is considered a double. So if you get 10 points and 10 assists, that is a double double. So, 10 or more in 2 of these catagories is a double double, 10 or more in 3 of these catagories is a triple double, 10 or more in 4 of these catagories is a quadruple double, and 10 or more in all 5 of these is a quituple double, but I'm not sure that's ever happened.

A double double is if u get 10 or more in a 2 categories like points and rebounds. A triple double is 10 or more in 3 categories.And quad double is 10 or more in 4 categories.

A "double double" is when a player is in double figures in two stats. For example, if Chris Bosh scores 19 points and pulls down 11 boards he has a "double double". A "triple double" means the player was in double figures for three statistical catigories. For instince, Kobe Byrant scores 15 points, has 11 rebounds, and 13 assists he has a "triple double". A "quadruple double" is when the player is in double figures in four catigories.

you might have heard about this while watching the NJ Nets play because Jason Kidd like averages a triple double

a double double is two diffrent stats with double digits
ex:26 pts,12 asts
triple is 3 diffrent stats with double digits
ex:18 pts,12 asts,11 blks
they deal with all stats cept for fouls and minutes played

I tried the double stacker, it was all right, I didn't like the sauce that much. I like the Wendy's doublemelt better.
