A slide cleaning rod. Be careful not to pop the venturi out! If it is stuck near where the mouthpiece goes, then I would take it to a music store and have them take it out. If it is stuck at the bottom of the slide you can push it out yourself (make sure that you push it out toward the bottom(away from the mouthpiece or bell attachment)).

A high pressure air hose will get it out, but be careful. It'll come out like a bullet, and with the same effect for any poor schmuck standing in front of it.
