I HATE that! Too bad more than half of them get away with it. But if they had been caught, definitley 10 or 15 years. Then she'll even get to see how it feels when you get placed with Bubba.

properly, because of the fact she isn't an somewhat solid individual. There are criminals in the two sexes and no trustworthy female will deny that. it ought to correctly be misandry. I purely wish, like the student says, that this would possibly not dissuade different women who even have been raped from reporting it. Stats selection, yet properly under 0.5 of all rapes are reported or maybe fewer bring about convictions because of the fact all too often the female depended in this individual and ended up in a private place without witnesses--one individual's be conscious against yet another. and then we get to take heed to all approximately how short her skirt exchange into as though dressing up for a date is an invite to be raped. i wish she is punished.

I kind of like what Zoltar said. I mean if she reported it, then she should have to experience it, yeah?

HOWEVER ... I would say it depends entirely on how far the consequences of her charges reached. At the very least, she should be charged with perjury and given the maximum sentence. She should have to pay for any and all monetary losses the "rapist" suffered as a result of the charges. If the person who was charged with rape served any jail time, she should have to serve that in addition to what perjury charges mandate. Shall I go on?

She should be charged and given just as stiff a sentence as someone who actually commits rape would be given. A false accusation can ruin a guy's life -- so the penalty for it needs to be severe.

She should go to prison. That happened to my ex-husband. She eventually re-canted and told the police she lied, but for that time that he was suspected our lives were hell. I hate the bastard now, and I still would never wish that on him again.
