Madden 06 NFL Superstar?

Question

Ok, i really nee dhelp with this, my Superstar is a running back and he's amazingly slow (like a 75 speed) and i go to the performance institute to raise his stats but hes too slow to get many touchdowns. WHAT DO I DO!?!

instead of doing the ground attack game at the performance institute, do the recieving

i guess wen u get by da goal line then do a run play so he can score more and u can get him upgraded in practice and that will give him skill points but u have 2 practice every week like 3 times
