I was told that Google Video required the latest Flash. I have downloaded that but it GV does not work for me. I use a Mac Powerbook G4 with OSX. I also cannot play WMV files. Any help?

As a guess, it might be your browser. Are you using Safari, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox? I use a Mac (a relatively old one, actually) and I recently switched to Firefox. Google Video seems to work for me. As for WMVs, I'm not sure. RealPlayer might work.

download the Google video player on the website of mac.

go to microsoft.com click on downloads that should direct you to software that will be able to read those files
