I emailed a car lot about purchasing a pt cruiser, and they said that they were not making them anymore. I find that hard to believe since I know there is a 2007 model. Isn't that one of Chrystlers number one sellers?

i own a repair shop,and i got a brochure on the 07 model,,and i haven't heard anything about it being discontinued,,like you said its one of there best sellers,,so it would be bad on their part ,,if they stopped making them,i don't think they,ll stop making them just yet,too many people like them,,good luck,i hope this help,s.

I just bought an '06 PT Cruiser and I love it. People think it's small inside, but in all truth, there's quite a bit of room - front and back. You can't say it's small inside just by looking inside it - you have to really ride in it to notice the room. It rides very smooth and gives you a great, comfy ride. You also hear very little outside road noise as compared to a convertible. I'm saddened to hear that they're discontinuing it - I like mine. :D

I believe so. i heard they were discontinuing the vehicle to introduce a newer, better one

Im not sure if it is, i did some looking and im not sure.
but remember this car salesman only say what they hear, alot of times its wrong. I know plenty about cars, and its amazing what they will say to make a sale even if its totally wrong....and i like calling them out on it too.
but i think the 300 is the best seller now. :/

they lied. promise. they just added the caliber and comapss to that chasis.
still the pt is garbage. you dont want it anyway. go buy a beetle, safer and better resale.
