For those of you who believe that the Iraqi War is an unjust Imperialist criminal action by the Bush administration. Please explain what the best course of action would have been.
Anyone who thinks that it is acceptable for Islamic Fundamentalists to attack civilian targets either here or abroad. Please explain how we could have prevented Islamic Fundamentalists from wanting to attack the US from the start. Including our approach to protecting our country from future attacks.
Those of you that believe that the United States is solely responsible for the world community’s detain of our country. Could you please provide me with an outline and description of what you think American Foreign Policy should be?

Hey Bob I did not resort to personal attacks on others because I don’t agree with my perception of their opinion. I am open to alternative perspectives on any issue. I never insinuated that Saddam had any relationship with Al-Quida. As a matter of fact my RESEARCH has shown that Ossama Bin Laden tried to contact Saddam and Saddam would not speak to him. I truly doubt that you have put forth any effort to RESEARCH the truth but the two did not see eye to eye politically or religiously. My questions are specific so people don’t try to side step the question. I made no correlation between 9/11 and Iraq. The question address American foreign policy in an attempt to determine what the critics of the current administration would have done differently.

I agree with you opinion on the Iraqi invasion. We should not have gone into Iraq. We should have left Saddam to his own evils, he wasn't a threat to us and we are not the world's police. Saddam was a threat to his people and those countries around him. Given the evidence that I have read up to this point I can see how the Bush administration may have made the decision to invade. However, given the fallout of the war it was a mistake.
Now Ken you don’t worry yourself about my ability to understand I assure you that I have a wealth knowledge on society and human social interaction.
My question regarding The attacks of 9/11 futre attacks and the world communitys general view of the us was geared to people who pose questions on Y/A Like this:
US Bombings?
Is it ok to bomb targets in other countries if possibly there is a bad guy there? Maybe Al quada bombed the WTC with information that there was a bad guy there! It wasn't bombing the US only a target in the US.

Now this may be hard for you understand but public opinion I very easily influenced. You can find volumes and volumes of research on the subject. You may start at your local community college. As for future attacks, I don’t think we can stop all of the people who want to come here with ill will and the intent to cause us harm. I was asking all if all of the critics who blame the US for 9/11 for an alternative stance on terrorism.
I agree that we could have taken those hundreds of billions of dollars and improved our border security for starters. We could have used some to protect our ports. We could stop throwing our border patrol agents into jail for doing their jobs.

Please don’t make assumptions about my thinking. I asked for alternatives to the current situation. Weak people who can’t present and defend their opinion in an intelligent manner personally attack others.
You should not hate your country because drugs are illegal its not like you ever have problems getting them. Get real.

We should have left Saddam to his own evils, he wasn't a threat to us and we are not the world's police. Saddam was a threat to his people and those countries around him, period. Now I know this might be hard for you to understand but we will never stop the ideas in people's minds. As for future attacks, we can't stop all of the people who want to come here with ill will and the intent to cause us harm and you would have to be a fool to believe otherwise. We could have taken those hundreds of billions of dollars and improved our border security for starters. We could have used some to protect our ports. We could stop throwing our border patrol agents into jail for doing their jobs. With the thinking you are applying, I guess we should just nuke every country that is not a democracy. Get real.

Just before the invasion, Iraq was destroying its' El Samoud missles and the inspectors were on the ground doing their job, in response to the real threat of invasion. We should have kept the pressure on, allowed the inspectors to fininsh their jobs, and continued with the containment policy with the no fly zones.
I don't think it's acceptable to attack civilian targets. Bin Laden stated main reason for 9/11 was American Bases on Saudi land (Bin Sultan Airbase) -- which Bush did close. I don't know that we can ever completely prevent terrorists from wanting to attack us, but resolving Palestinian issue would help but I don't think we should withdraw support from Israel. We need to have better intellegence including infiltration with Arabic speakers, locate and destroy training areas, implement all recommendations of 9/11 commission. Also, get a handle on "loose nukes from former USSR etc.
We need to reduce our dependence on foriegn oil, get out of Iraq for starters. I don't profess to have a comprehesive plan for American foriegn policy, but less beligerance and more activities like the people that went into Pakistan to help earthquake victims would be a good start.

You mention fundamentalists attacking the US and then talk about the Iraq war. Iraq had nothing to do with the US being attacked. The US was attacked on 9/11 by a member of the bin Laden family (a family that is friends with the Bush family).
9/11 was cover to implement the ideas of PNAC and to prevent Saddam from putting Iraq oil on the Euro.
Meanwhile, Bush let bin Laden (who killed 3K Americans) walk out of Tora Bora. And, thanks to the dumb PNAC idea, 3K more Americans are dead, 10's of thousands wounded (burned, mostly) and $500B pissed away.

It would be a good start for the people in the higher echelons of power in this country to actually practice the Christian ideals they claim to ascribe to. If, for example, the govt. were as concerned with defeating poverty, disease, homelessness, etc., as they are with repressing the backlash of their own foreign policies, I believe we would have a much happier population on the planet and we could pass the time in peaceful celebration rather than in a frenzied rush between the cradle and the grave.

Why? There is absolutely nothing anyone could say that would persuade3 you to change your opinions. I can tell by the arrogant tone of your "parameters" for answering the question.
You still seen to believe in the fictitious link between Saddam & al Qaida that Bush used as part of his excuse for going into Iraq in the first place.

America should continue with its war against terrorism just like what it did to Iraq by destroying terrorism where it is supposed to come from in order not to reach the US.

We could stop apologizing. Many cultures see apologies as a sign of weakness. It won't make people like us but it WILL make them respect & fear us. You can't make people love you.
