make a hover craft sounds hard but its not

all you need plywood, plastic tarp, and duck tape.

when i was in high school i made one for a science fair and it held up to 480 pounds on it while it hovered.

its not hard i promise

If you want to get technically, say a piece of paper (or something very cheap, found in a household) since all object's atoms are moving, however, I suppose a better answer would something else. . .
