When i startup my xbox360 with my DEAD RISING game, i get a white screen that says "To play this disc, put in an Xbox 360 console"
When i return to the dashboard, instead of saying "Play Game" on the bottom, it says "Play DVD". So, my xbox is reading the disc as a DVD?
What's wrong with my xbox?? I just got it a month ago!
( The only way for me to not get this message is by changing the console settings to start the xbox360 with ONLY the dashboard, and not run the game automatically; but i'm not sure if this is something you are supposed to do. it solves the problem, but i'm not sure if its just temporary.)

On some games the xbox 360 drive won't be able to load the game automatically. It happened to others too. You may want to contact Microsoft support to let them know and see if they're working on a firmware update to fix this problem.

check ur discs are up the right way if it is try a few different games then if it still doesnt work go to ur nearest gamestore and check it out if it has warranty use it and last of all NEVER TRUST EBAY
