the pidgeon was just minding his own buisness pecking sum seeds and what not off the ground you know and this guy comes out harrasing and assaulted the little guy with his foot. now he/she was ok he/she flew away, probably only got emotionally injured. what do you think i should do, report it to the police or the r.s.p.c.a ?.

Breed mutant pigeons for several years until you have a gigantic flock that craps all over his house. Seriously, he just sounds like a moron having a bad day. And maybe the pigeon was evil or killed his stepfather. I'd let it go, you don't know what the guy's problem is. Sounds more like a mental issue though.
